What to Expect

Our weekend services at 9:15 and 11 a.m. are identical. They last just over an hour. We spend time singing, praying, and studying the Bible together. From start to finish our aim is to glorify God in all we do.

What should I wear?

Whatever you normally wear. We are more concerned with meeting you than with what you wear. At Providence you’ll see nearly every style of clothing.

How do I get there?

Our building is easy to find at 5625 Preston Rd, right in the heart of Frisco. Check out the Directions page to get turn-by-turn directions.

Where do I go when I arrive?

When you come in our main entrances off Preston Road, you'll see our first-time guest tables, which are staffed with helpful people who can answer your questions. If you require wheelchair access, designated parking or seating, directions to our accessible restrooms, or additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

What about my kids?

Providence Kids provides classes during all three services for children from birth to fifth grade. You will find a children’s check-in desk located in our lobby with friendly people to help you register your child.

What if my children need me while I’m in the service?

Each week when your child checks into Providence Kids, you will receive a security code that matches a code on your child's name tag. If your child needs you during the service, your child’s code will appear on the screens in the sanctuary.

What happens after the service?

If you have questions or need any information after the service, anyone serving in the Connection Center or one of our pastors or staff would love to answer your questions. If you’d like to pray with someone, members of our care team will be in the Connection Center to pray with you.
