Registration Price - Rates start at $525/student. You can get $50 off by inviting a new student/friend who is not affiliated with Providence Church. For more information about this discount, email granthoover@providencefrisco.com.

Final Payment Due - 6/1/2021

Deposit - There is a non-refundable deposit of $20/student. This allows us to reserve an accurate number of spots. The deposit must be paid when completing this registration form. Please note that if you register for camp, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of camp registration.
