How are we a temple of the Holy Spirit?
Explain to kids that when we put our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit dwells in us. It is by the power of the Holy Spirit that we are able to turn from sin and live for Christ. Through faith, we become God’s living temple. His dwelling place is in us and in all who put their faith in Him.
Pray
God, thank you for sending your Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and make us right with You. Thank you for giving us the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and help us love you. Help us to be strong in our faith, never forgetting that we are Your children! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
