Academy FAQs

This will be for parents who have questions about Providence Academy. This will be updated periodically as a useful resource for parents.

Q: Who do I contact for questions not addressed on this page?

A: You may email for any questions you have.

Q: What ages are accepted at Providence Academy?

A: We welcome children two through five years of age into Providence Academy. The placement in each class is based on the age of the child as of September 1 of the current school year. For instance, if your child is 2 between September 1, 2015, and August 31, 2016, then they will be placed in the 2-year old room.

Q: How do I register my child for the upcoming school year?

A: You will need to click on the ‘registration’ tab and fill out the forms. Once forms are submitted, you are done! You will receive an email in the next 48 hours regarding the acceptance of your child, after which you will need to complete a few waivers and intro documents. Your child is NOT considered fully registered until you have received the confirmation letter and paid the $75 registration fee upon receiving acceptance into the academy.

Q: What is the tuition at Providence Academy?

A: Providence Academy is $200 per month for your first child, and each sibling is $190 per month. Tuition is due on the first day of the month. There is a one-time per child, per year registration fee of $75. There is also a $40 supply fee due on the first day of the Fall semester and again on the first day of the Spring semester. Discounts are available for upfront payments.
